Seems to slow down browsing for all websites though, anyone else find that to be the case?

I'm much more of a layman than that.. Do I just sign up on that page and no more paywalls from there on? That cool?

You will have an easier time in FF than in Chrome.

In FF all you need to do is follow this link within FF and allow it to install

For Chrome you need to follow these instructions

Any explanation for a layman how that works?

You trick the website into giving you access to something which is meant to be pay per view. Like going into a candy store and eating candy that is meant to be paid for

A friend of mine and his brother both who tested positive with symptoms, took the antibody test from Mount Sinai last week they both got the results back today one of them came back positive with antibodies and the other one came back negative. Seems like the test is far from perfect.

The original test or antibody test is not accurate?

the part that's not accurate is that not all negative is really negative.

likely.
For me that's one of the frustrations of covid. Knowing when is a person  no longer contagious.  Especially without taking any tests.
