In regards to your social distancing point, I don't think he was talking about that at all. He was talking about locking down cities. These are 2 different things. I'm not saying he right or wrong, just getting the facts straight.

AFAIK, locking down a city to the fullest extent (like China) is the most extreme form of social distancing. Allowing everyone to proceed as normal with just a few precautions (like Sweden and the states he quoted) is the least extreme form of social distancing. He was referring to the measures cities/states/countries were taking, all locked down to some extent or another.
