Here's the thing about GA... almost 60% of their population is in Atlanta, and many, many things are still closed there. The general feeling in ATL is that the white Republican governor doesn't care about the higher-risk urban population, and it seems many staying at home and not reopening their businesses despite Kemp's all clear. Unless someone is showing stats about Atlanta specifically, GA's steady numbers have no context with regards to the ability to reopen safely. The same goes for FL. The media is all about FL being open. The tri-county area of Dade, Broward, and Palm have been largely closed, and are just beginning to reopen now. Those counties represent over 30% of the state.
This only proves how these decisions should be made by the most local government as possible.
Trump > Cuomo= CuomoComou > BDBlasio =Cuomoit was cute to watch BDB making decisions about school and Cuomo ripping him off that he doesn't have the authorityTrump deciding about states and Cuomo ripping him off for being a fighter during trying times
Yes, but there has to be some coordination where the decisions of a local government can adversely affect the surrounding areas.
