Let me clarify. Rosh Hashana has more risk to become a super spreader event. Precautions should be taken in shuls beginning now, regardless of super spreader risks.

There's a VN going around WhatsApp where a guy said he went to daven mincha in BP and felt uncomfortable about putting on a mask until he saw someone in the back wearing a mask. So he put on his mask and went to sit near the guy, the guy turned to him and said "you also have covid?"

I follow what’s going on, Desantis isn’t in the same league as these two. Cuomo blamed everyone with a pulse for the nursing home scandal, first it was the New York post, then it was the Republicans playing politics, then when the democrats came after him as well he put out this BS report which linked it to nursing home staffers and visitors.

Could have saved lives? Definitely.
Economy? No way. Look at countries that acted right away. Economy is just as bad if not worse. Regardless, he would have needed to shut down the country and kill the economy.
