I was looking at the Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Beach Surfside

Expedia gives me a total of $1,185.57 for 4 nights (including fees paid at property)
Marriott Website gives me a total of $1,440.78 for 4 nights (including fees paid at property)
MakeMyTrip Charged me $775 now and estimated fees at property they say is $179 = $954

savings of $231.57 over Expedia
savings of $486.78 over Marriott

What's the catch?

MakeMyTrip is a large Indian OTA and reputable from what I've heard (no first-hand experience).
