Seem to have trouble having my credit lines increased on any of my Capital One credit card accounts. Anyone else having these issues?

I have also gotten credit increases from them in the past - but found that lately, they decline every increase request, not only myself for others too.
They don't provide a reason why they don't increase either - even when they mail a letter it doesn't really say a reason.

+1. What was the AH's denial reason?
