City TY Points to Qantas

I have 71k in Citi TY points that I have been waiting for an opportunity to use.  I checked to see what they have available and after logging in it shows me my points and informs me that I can transfer to Qantas with a 25% bonus thru 2/24/2020.  That works well for me as I already have 215k Qantas points and hope to eventually use for 2 business class tickets to Israel.  But, when I click thru on the learn more option the only option there is to transfer to Jet Blue! Can anyone explain? At 1st I thought that it depends on which points that you have but I was logged in so they should know!

You need a Premier/Prestige to transfer.

Citi lets you transfer your TYP instantly to any other card member up to 100k per year.  Qantas allows relatives to transfer to each other (even cousins), up to 600k a year. So if you have a family member with the premier/prestige card, you can transfer your TYP to them, have them transfer into Qantas, and they can transfer the Qantas points back to you
