I have been reading all this anti-Semite stuff about Coumo lately. When did he become this raging anti-Semite targeting Jews or has he always been this way?

My guess is when it reached a point that he lost the blocks that would have voted for him.

I think that the Tea Party begat Trump. I also think the far-left movement we've seen over the last 10 years will beget President AOC. There is no less extremism, just different. Kool-Aid of a different flavor. And I definitely don't think there will be more tolerance. Look at your average college campus over the last decade. These will be the influencers and people behind the policy makers. There is no good ending here.

What is likely the best way to keep the extreme left in check is a more powerful center left. What begat the tea party? The moderate R's failure.

Cuomo is not an anti-Semite, IMO. He suffers from the same malady as de Blasio. He thinks that he is so close to the Jewish community that he can tell them what to do.

No. Cuomo is an anti-Semite like parents who beat their kids for misbehaving hate their kids. The actions are abhorrent and inexcusable, but anger or rage do not equal hate.

IINM, Murphy was attacked for his approach to Covid, not his interactions with the Jewish community. Like most people in the world, his approach evolved, and now he is being commended for it. I don't see hypocrisy here.

Honestly I don't think he is really an anti semite but is too willing to use the left wing anti semitic rhetoric to further his goals. He was pretty explicit not just "dog whistles" Pretty similar to Trump but worse.  He didn't really belong in the same group as the others who are certified.

When he is wrong he is wrong and when he is right he is right. Why aren't people who call him out when he is wrong allowed to support him when he is right?
