I think it's less Blue than people think, but it's definitely one of the shadier places when it comes to counting votes.

While I was incorrect and Broward is Blue, registration isn't conclusive.

Fayette County, PA has 58% registered D vs 33% registered R but Trump beat Clinton 64-33
