No but the more Biden speaks the more people wont be going to vote for him, his numbers went up when he was in hiding for 2 months.

I really cant see how people will go out and vote for Biden an old senile candidate. The real question is are people more excited to go vote for Trump or go out and vote against Trump.

Biden has a core base just like Trump.

The base of a party is very different than a base being motivated behind a specific person/agenda, as Trump has, and like many of the democratic primary candidates had. Biden had name recognition (and it helped among African Americans for example) but again, who is his core base that really believes in him, will volunteer rigorously and turnout in high numbers?
