There was a clip going around a while ago of Kevin Oleary saying that Trump won, and will win again, because he is a great storyteller. He noted that every famous leader in history (Napoleon, etc) was a great storyteller, and it made them endearing to their country.

Tonight, Trump was a tremendous storyteller, on a level I've never heard before. It was fascinating to listen to him recount the details of the ramp story.

On the note of uneducated and good storytelling, I don't think that an educated person can't appreciate a good story.
