innocent in what sense? He was clearly antagonizing an already stressed situation. Walking up to them in midddle if violent protests and getting “in their faces” saying why are you violating the constitution isn’t quite the picture of an innocent bystander. While I’m not condoning their response, I can’t help but have little to no sympathy for this man, because of his foolish behavior.

Why don't you and others call these thugs out. You keep harping on what he did was foolish. Foolish or not does not give them the authority to beat him and brake bones because he asked a question. He put up no resistance will they beat on him and gassed him.
