I can only see the tweets you posted (not the whole thread), but just a few quick comments -

Re #4 - Bobulinski verified the authenticity of the email, in which this deal was proposed (and confirmed that the "big guy" that Hunter would be holding 10% for was Joe.

Re #6 - the whole point of Hunter holding it for Joe is so that Joe doesn't have to take the money directly. Regarding the deal falling apart, CEFC (the Chinese company) paid $5M to Hudson West III (a company that at some point was partially owned by Hunter). HWIII then paid Hunter's law firm $4.7M in consulting fees over the next year.

What it seems is that when they realized Bobulinski wouldn't go along with their plan, they came up with another way for CEFC to give money to Hunter.

Re #8 - Joe has repeatedly claimed that he knew nothing about Hunter's business dealings and Bobulinski said he knows that Joe did know and speak about it. What more does he need to explain?

So Kamala Harris was the only senator to not vote on cloture today...

ETA: Cloture is when they vote to limit debate on the Barrett confirmation to 30 hours, the legal minimum, and 'bust' the filibuster. 51 senators voted for it, 48 against it. Harris was absent.
