The Trump Mehalech. Always keep the news on you, good news bad news, always make sure everyone is talking about you.

Negative. Best time to bury a news story as it’s going to get swallowed by the New Hampshire results. Bloomberg would have the data to understand how the news cycle would be likely to unravel.

And now Sanders in ahead in the polls https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2020/president/us/2020_democratic_presidential_nomination-6730.html
I really wonder if the moderate Democrats will go out to vote for Bernie no matter how much they hate Trump I cant believe they would go out and vote for a socialist!

I don’t think Democrats care much about the “socialist” title. Democrats can only win with a coalition of minority voters. Republicans have a lock on the White vote. If minority voters are fond of the candidate, they will show up to vote, if not, they won’t. It has yet to be seen if Blacks will vote for Bernie.

With Sanders winning NH, he has momentum, but I honestly don't think he stands a chance, neither does Buttigieg. I think Klobuchar is the one to watch.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

1. Buttigeg has a strong momentum as he's a close second, and officially gathering the moderate voters.
2. She's too nebby.

The D establishment won’t let him have the nomination. And I don’t think this country will elect someone “married” to another man.

A "fringe" candidates that a significant part of the party will never support. Where have I heard this before? Trump won the primaries by getting 25-35% of the vote. Klobuchar and Buttigeg picking up stream makes a Bernie win more likely because they will continue to split the not-Bernie vote.

But voting for him makes many Dems feel good.

How is this different than the "pick your poison" thread? This seems much more poisonous.

Right, Bernie will win unless the higher ups can convince enough “centrist” candidates to drop out, and they’re running out of time. After Super Tuesday, it’ll prob be too late

This is the 2020 pick your poison. Another perk of living in a state where we don't need to choose because it won't make a difference.

When it comes to enforcing a liberal agenda, he’s far more dangerous. From cups to guns & everything in between. Hillary would just say anything to get elected.

Big difference is Trump was polling in the mid thirties nationally at this point. Sanders ceiling has been around 25. Not gonna win a majority of delegates unless he can prove he can climb to higher numbers. Hence why so many people are still in it. This has contested convention written all over it. And hard to see Bernie winning at the DNC.

Hard to see her getting a majority. But wouldn't rule out her getting the nod out of a brokered convention. 538 basically has a contested convention at even odds with a Bernie majority.

Let me add that of all the barometers, the stock market is a pretty good one to realize which narratives are real/worth pricing in and which are not. Market positive yesterday and up again today. Interpretation: Sanders is not going to pull this off.

If Sanders wins the nomination Trump will win the election with the greatest landslide since the revolution, as Boris Johnson did.
