He's referring to public schools K-12...

The gov't has nothing to do with the fact that Harvard (a private college) is as illustrious as it.

Indeed, I thought it was a gimmick. In any event, it is likely that these great schools have a ripple effect on the state.

Biden was prepared and told to do what Romney did to Obama: stay tough, confident, smile, look into his face, and whenever you have what to say, say it.
The problem was the way he did it was so unprofessional and with nastiness. Romney did it on a real smart way, to still stay nice and calm while on the same time being tough and aiming direct missiles.

What do you guys say? it seems for the first time Romney is starting to lead in the polls (a slight lead but at least it means he's catching up, and with a month and a half to election day there's still time)

I always look on the 538 forecast, seems to be the most accurate.
Romney now has a 32% chance to win the elections.
