Finance, education, opportunity and many more things you could throw in there.
And I'd argue opportunity of today is not what it was of yesteryear, and throw in the fact that education (as well as all the entitlement programs) is paid for by being the most fiscally irresponsible we've ever been, I'd say it may be worse for our children.
Not to mention that all of these entitlement programs compel an attitude wherein "opportunity" takes on a meaning that is meaningless.
