Citi Closed me down

I had a citi costco cash back card and they owed me around 2100.00 in rewards money. They closed my citi account 2 month ago and they say that I lost the reward money. Can anyone tell me if I have any way of getting the reward money, like taking them to small claims court or other choices.

First step would be to read the Terms and Conditions of the cardmember agreement.

It could be I paid off the card a few times with in the billing cycle. They do not give you a reason. Just like chase.

They claim that once they shut you down you would lose anything that they are giving you. Like Thank You points or cash reward.

You can definitely try. The question is whether you would prevail. I would first try to appeal directly with Citi and Costco.

I tried that route, I called them both. Costco says call Citi and Citi says it is lost.
