It's probably targeted to you, but they can always apply with the 30K link and them send an SM to get matched to 50K.

Same here, I got the 50/60k offer with first year waived in a customized email.
Funny part is, I have been approved for the CO card just this Sunday.. (applied through a standard 30k link)

Hope that increases my chances of getting them to match to 50k and first year free.

Yup, that should raise your chances from 85% to 99%.

85%? Even after the demise of the Sapphire 100K?
If you don't care why would you comment?

My wife got the co offer too for fifty k. Her credit is somewhat new though about a year old. One credit card and two au's with credit score of 690. Is she better off going for the sapphire or why miss out on this offer. Wondering where her chances are better and if she has a shot at all.

Pending on the required minimum credit limit for the CO card (which I'm also interested to figure out).
the Sapphire Preferred has a minimum CL of $5k but not sure about the CO.

in your case, a 2BM would be perfect and a nothing to lose situation.

Keep us posted

I got same promotion in email. Applied for it. Got message, we received application and will get back to you. It was not an instant approval. I have 770 credit score and only 1 active card from chase currently.  It is chase preferred sapphire. Do I have to read anything in to this? Why was it not an instant approval? Usually when should I expect an answer? Shall I call them proactively?

Call in their Automated system. if they say "your application is now being reviewed, we'll notify you in writing in aprox. 2 weeks", then you have good chances to get approved, if they say: "7-10 business days", this means that you are denied, and you can call reconsideration right away.
This is a awesome method, i've tried it tons of times, and i found it to be very accurate.

IME this has been true. I didn't notice a pattern until now though.

I got this also... should I do a 3BM for CO OPP/UA Explorer/ Sapphire Preffered?

I believe Chase pulls Experian in LA (which is currently my lowest credit score). I am still good on my credit, but not as high as I would like. Is anything above 710 good enough for this?

Also, I bank with Chase and have done so for many years.

You may want to consider freezing. But it'll likely result in more than one pull... but if you're other reports are inquiry-barren, it may be worth it.

Why would it result in more than one pull? Part of the problem is a recent pull because I got a new car not long ago.

Unless you're able to push all three apps through on one phone call, each time you call the rep will have to pull the non-freezed report.
