There's a video where he seems to be saying pretty clearly that he supports voting at this point because of how many different aspects it affects. I'm asking the person who sent it to me if I can post it publicly.

Regarding your question regarding the upcoming elections for the World Zionist Organization:
To vote one must declare that he accepts the Jerusalem Program (statement of ideology) of the WZO. My opinion is that a Jew is forbidden to declare that he is a member, or ascribes to a program, of an organization whose platform fails to recognize the Jewish nation is a nation which received the Torah at Mount Sinai. Such a statement is a Chilul Hashem (desecration of G-d’s name) and may not be made no matter what the material or spiritual benefits will thereby accrue.
It is therefore forbidden to vote in this election.
Contrary to what is widely held, the position of the Mo’etzes Gedoley Hatorah of Agudath Israel is that it does not endorse voting in this election by any person.  It has not issued a public statement on the matter because of other considerations. The widespread idea that the Mo’etzes endorses voting has its source in a mistaken presentation of the Mo’etzes position by HaRav Elya Brudny who has since withdrawn his statement.
