LOL - My sofa is fine, I don't need it repaired/replaced. I'm simply adding my experience and my understanding of the warranty in the stories I've purchased from.

Was looking into buying a sofa online from Costco.com.
Their customer service claims that it can be returned at any time (even years down the line), no questions asked, even if one is not a member.
They'll supposedly pick it up from your home free of charge.
That, combined with the free "delivery, setup and packaging removal" sounds like quite an attractive warranty.

Does anyone have experience with Costco sofas, if their returns are as easy and simple as they make it sound?

Not with a sofa but I do have experience with a full dining room set (chairs, table, buffet, and breakfront). Was exactly as they discribed (although I was still a member at time of return)
