All I'm Asking Is For $1-Hoping The DDF Community Can Help Me Reach My $2500GoaL

   I've never done this before on the forum, but all I'm asking is for each member to donate all of just $1 ,not asking for more than that.(Obviously You can donate more if you like!)

   If I can get a $1 from a few DDF members I can reach my goal of $2500 and hopefully way past that amount.

  I've learnt in the "Mirrer Yeshiva" of Flatbush/Brooklyn all my life from when I was a small little boy all the way through.. And now's my opportunity to give back, This is the very least I can do for them.
   
   
   Not asking for $5 but rather just one dollar, just one little no rush shipping credit!

 Here's a short 1 min and 30 second video to give you a glimpse of what's happening in the Mirrer Yeshiva, and would hopefully give you a Sense of what the Mirrer is all about, as well so you can have a positive feeling about giving the $1!

  There's a Quick summary in the link of what the goal is all about, and the purpose of the campaign.
      But in short to finish the projects started, like creating more dormitory space for more bochurim; building a new bais medrash for the Mesivta so the Yeshiva Katana boys don't have to daven in the lunchroom; and constructing a rooftop play area for students to play outside.
      They have a donor willing to give $1 Million if all the alumni can bring in the other million! The campaign is supposedly running for 3 days.. so let's hope we can do it together!

Found an alternative ,to get around the 5 minimum and give $1.
 Added it to the Wiki.

Since the $1 Via the online form is not working.
 You can do it via the phone line : (718)866-4561, and use my ID number "4418"

 Real easy, call that number ,then click 3 then enter my ID # 4418 then # then follow the prompts, and CC info and they'll ask you for your phone number the whole number will be there as your name besides for the last 2 digits, so if you don't want your number showing use a different number.

Its prob not worth it for them to do donations of $1 bec there is cost of processing cc.
Eventhow if its $1 or nothing it's something,but most ppl giving at all dont mind the $5.

Even if you would come out with an extra % for a donation a $1 so it's 3% vs 2.79%?
    Only reason I can try to understand is because of the spammer's who are willing to donate and leave a message for all to see by the donation message, all it costs them is one dollar, while to donate $5 they will think twice!

 Now my goal to get just one $ and hoping an average DDF member who's been around with me in the past 5 years, can give in my zechus just one dollar and I would get at least a few hundred if not way over a thousand.

 There's 2 days left, so let's see if I can reach my goal which I think I can very well do!

Why so? Is it not based on a percentage?

 If in fact that was true, I don't think they would allow you to donate the 1$ via the phone.
 
 Hence my reasoning would be because of the spammers, leaving comments with the $1 donations.

Yes it's a great place! Produces great products!
 And I must say they did a great job making the video short and sweet, allowing whomever spends that 90 seconds can see what really goes on and to where your donating your money to.

Wow that's a huge sum of money, that means on 1,000,000 there's min of 20-30k in fees and then the 0.20-0.30 ¢ fee per transaction.
 
   So these companies are making the money? Or is the credit cards charging a fee per the swipe, never really understood how this works.

Wow didn't know that, the only time I've seen that was with paypal, while with square and such companies I haven't seen a per swipe fee, aside for the 2.75% or whatever they charge these days.
