Wordpress wont run your entire shul for you.

For example, It doesn't track yahrzeits & birthdays, accounts receivables, statements, scheduling (zman based), event handling, member tracking, seat tracking

You most definitely can, but if you don't want to rewrite the site, you might want to have a mobile version at m.yoursite.com

yes u are right! thats exactly what i want, but i just dont know how to make it so i asked how i can make a mobile version to my site.

Well I did direct you to the first step. If you're not willing / able to do that than why bother with the rest of it?

(I'm assuming you already googled free mobile website builders but you want to know how to do it on your own instead...)

i understand i should learn the first steps.
and yes i did google it but im not looking to build a site as its giving me those options - im looking to make an existing site have a mobile version to it

That's what I've been trying to say.
AFAIK there's no magical way to "make it have" a mobile version. you have to actually create a mobile version.
(The closest you can get is, depending on the site, you might be able to just make a mobile stylesheet. but that still takes you back to step 1...)

Mordy is right that wordpress won't do everything for you without a bunch of extra modules and programming but with that said if you don't need all the features shulcloud offers then the price is certainly right. Here's a wordpress shul site I helped put together http://www.congariel.org. Total actual working hours <20 with no actual programming/coding, just using the built in wordpress backend and plugins.

Try www.wix.com they have an easy to use flash website builder with great content. U could be done in half an hour.
