I have been on a rigorous workout regiment the past few months. Lost 70 lbs in 100 days. Hired the best trainers in the the city, paid membership to the top gym. Now it's closed & I feel like I am starting to plateau & lose momentum. I try to walk as much possible, doing some at home body weight exercise but it ain't the crossfit I am used to.
I am stuck in Odessa, Ukraine - very few confirmed cases, no hoarding, no panic - BH life is fine here
