Speaking of demand, It’s easy to see a situation where there is an over supply of kosher meat. I wouldn’t be shocked if there are well over 100,000 less portions of beef and poultry being used each night in the absence of weddings, bar mitzvahs, sheva brachos, parlor meetings, organizational dinners, business meetings, eat in dining, etc. etc.
Some of those people will need to eat anyway, and will choose beef but likely the vast majority of those portions will go unused
