Had great experience with Nick Leiman of Leiman Mortgage Network! Used him twice always smooth and courteous!

I am a mortgage loan officer at citizens bank. Located in NY. Please PM me if you would like my number to discuss financing options. I was a broker for 10 years and made the switch to a bank last year

Silver Fin Capital Group in Great Neck, NY is the absolute best. I used to work there and have financed my own loan thru them as well. Extremely professional and they walk you through the whole process step by step

Do you offer competitive rates for investment properties as well? What are current rates for multi fam - 30 yr and 10 yr loan- refinance?

From what i understand, you save the mortgage tax if you refinance directly with the bank that your mortgage is from

I dont know what that tax is. Just googled and if youre talking about mortgage recording tax that doesnt apply in NJ.

I found his rates to be higher than other brokers
