+1, I’m asking a policy question. The COVID vaccine will only be a limited success if only 20-40% of the population are willing to take it. Medical staff and at risk people will perhaps be more likely to take the vaccine and will personally benefit from the immunity it’s likely to confer. But the rest of the population (people in factories, weddings, events, crowded transportation etc.) and those they’re otherwise in contact with won’t benefit much unless a significant majority of them are vaccinated as well.

Don't forget the right of those who are concerned about the 10% for whom it is not effective to shun those who decline to vaccinate. THat is also a right of choice.

I don’t think the government will hold a gun to people’s heads to get them to vaccinate. I do wonder what liberties/freedoms (aside from the likelihood of immunity) they might have to use to lure people to get them to vaccinate.

According to what's currently being spouted and all the talk about reinfection, antibodies supposedly don't last forever. Some say 6 months, others say max a year (we don't know yet as we haven't even reached a year just yet). So what would be needed scientifically to get those with antibodies exempted?

+1. As much as I'd love to see some leadership or some semblance of an actionable plan, it would be stupid for Biden to have anything concrete at this point. By the time he has the ability to do anything, the situation on the ground will be completely different.
