Let me understand what you're trying to say. Rand Pauls wife bought between $1,000 and $15,000 in Gilead stock and he filed the proper disclosure but it wasn't transmitted properly. Now you're accusing him of voting for something that likely had no impact on this stock, and his vote was nothing more than a show of disapprobation because he was literally the only one to vote against it, but he did that because of a minimal investment in Gilead? Do you realize how dumb that is? These headlines are trying to lump together this tiny investment with the politicians who literally moved millions of dollars in investments.
IMO Rand Paul is from the most ethical people in congress, you don't need to agree with his policies, but he it very principled and ethical (I know you're going to dig up some story claiming he's not principled). When I saw the headline I was a bit taken aback, but simply reading the article shows there's literally nothing to see here and it's a blatant smear campaign.
