Can someone explain this to me, or is he a moron: I totally get why "natural" immunity is better than vaccine immunity - if you already had covid, and I further can understand the hesitancy to get the vaccine even if you weren't infected. But why would you want to purposefully get infected to achieve natural immunity which in turn protects you from ... getting infected?

I'm sure this isn't the reason...but the only justification would be to do in a controlled fashion to ensure you don't infect anyone else.

This makes sense (in this kind of way). But if that was the intention, I would have thought he'd say that or say something about herd immunity (it is entirely possible he does say something like that which was cut out of this clip.)
