Install Greenshot. Use it to take a screenshot, and in the menu choose 'upload to imgur'. Then start a blank post, click the image button, and paste the link inside.

Only Greenshot? any way to attach with regular snipping tool/snip & sketch without adding as attachment?

I'm sure there are others. But the file needs to be uploaded somewhere if you want to embed it via a link as opposed to an attachment.

My issue with posting pictures is that filters red-tape all photo hosting websites.

Then you may be left with uploading. Does snip-n-sketch have keyboard shortcuts that could help?
