It was absolutely delicious. By the time I took those pics it the "smoked tzimes" was done and the lamb head was almost done.

I gotta do this next year; fish head is unpopular in my home, to say the least. What temp/time did you do for the lamb?

The Gaon doesn’t allow grapes to be eaten at all on R”H. Those who eat raisin challah obviously have no problem with grapes and can use them for shehecheyanu.

I really don't know why the kids get taught about that. We haven't had that in years since I found ways to get a ראש איל which is what's mentioned as the thing to have.
