If it comes to this, will frum schools continue operating underground - whether in their buildings or in shuls or private basements - like some did in the spring and many more did during the recent red zone closure? Or will it be too hard to get away with if all schools citywide are ordered closed?

I'm pretty sure most chadarim aren't closing down voluntarily again...

Did it? IDK. Anything remotely similar to Purim-Pesach period?

Crown Heights definitely not experiencing anything remotely similar. I haven't heard of Williamsburg or KJ having anything of the sort, but for that matter, I'm not aware of BP having it either.

Don't apply your experience in Lakewood to those other areas he mentioned. Was two different worlds. And gives credence to the idea that places that were hit harder in the first wave we saw more prevalence of immunity.

I don't know that there are hard numbers to back it up, but that's been the general consensus on DDF. Not very scientific, but as reliable as MSM.
