Dear BMG Friends,

To ease your shopping pressures, long lines, and the Sakanah of crowds, we are expanding our Box program to 6 Box options, covering bakery, grocery and prepared Shabbos needs, all provided by local bakery, supermarkets, and caterers at reduced rate pricing.

•   They include, as we did last week, a Challah Box for Shabbos for $25, and a Bakery Flour & Yeast Box for $10, both by Gelbsteins. (Limit one each per family).
•   We have added an amazing packed Grocery Box with your grocery staples, for $100 by Kosher West. (Limit one per family).

•   We also added 2 options for fully-prepared Friday Night and Shabbos Day Seuda Boxes, one offered by Glatt Gourmet, and other by Greenwald Caterers, both for $100.
•   Greenwald is also offering a more Deluxe Seudos Box for $150.

You can order by going to www.Lakewoodbox.com
We sincerely regret that we cannot handle phone orders at this time, but hope to have such for future boxes.

The deadline for the Grocery Box order is 11:59PM tonight (Tuesday, April 21) and for all others it is Wednesday 2:00PM.
Pickup is planned for the BlueClaws parking lot on Thursday, starting at 6:00PM, we will notify orders by email with details, so look out for those.

With our sincere wishes for the end to this Mageifah, and heartfelt Tefillos for Refuos, Yeshuos and Nechamos,

Rabbi Aaron Kotler
President and Chief Executive Officer

Dear BMG Friends
......

We are about to discover that we can all survive on an assortment of 20 different standardized items. Perhaps we dont need Javits Center sized Grocery stores with 44 different options for every type of tomato sauce.

Kudos to BMG for arranging this. They are literally saving lives and working to ensure things get back to normal sooner.

Survive, yes. But we’ll appreciate the variety when it’s an option.

I will appreciate the ability to choose what NOT to get.

You mean in the BMG box? I guess they were designed for lowest common denominator, hopefully those making the decisions we’re on the mark for most customers, granted not everyone will be happy with everything.

2 Bags of Flour (5LB)
1 Packet of Yeast (3 Pack)

Maybe you’re not the ideal customer. If it’s discounted vs. retail for the items included, it might be worth it to buy and give away the extra items to someone nearby who has use for them.

Agreed.

The bakery boxes seem more expensive than regular retail price.

just passed by. Line is around a full block I would guess a 2 hour wait. I didn’t even bother

I went today at 8am the line wasn't so long, but when I came out at 930 it looped the building.

Our entire Costco instacart order was fulfilled without any unavailable items for the first time in the past 6 weeks.

Costco must have special instacart hours, the shopper went in at 6am and dropped it off at 7am!

In brooklyn, they had a special checkout line just for instacart

any suggestions for how to get Clorox/Lysol wipes other than the random amazon order? All costco's near me in queens don't have it and expecting a baby any day now B'H so would be nice to have this

B'shah tova, today in costco brooklyn I saw some people had clorox wipes in their cars but ymmv
