Simple trick to go around that, ship it to an Amazon locker nearby.
Not sure why they're not shipping it but use that trick before it's sold out!
  Also this picture at the checkout is weird!
But this is shipped and sold by Amazon so no not really worrying.

Requested the price difference via chat I think he gave me a $2 certificate.
  Took under 2 minutes.
 Gave me a credit on my Amazon account for a future order.
    COVID19 and blah blah , no questions asked and offered.
 Sometimes they don't budge with price adjustments and then with a $2 adjustment they'll do to one two three!
   Was in the Amazon app anyways so thought for another minute I'll get $2 back.

Maybe no stira here.  LIIR ships from China today and we get it in three weeks. 

Do these masks really do anything though?  They are totally open on the sides and not even tight on top and bottom edges.  Any cough or sneeze should be able to get out.  Any corona laden air can get in from the same places.  Sure, better than nothing, but how protective are these really?
