It's actually a very good question. We've seen a slowdown all over. My take is (non scientific alert) that the most vulnerable i.e. 60+ are taking it serious everywhere.

They are probably being more careful than others but I have seen many (and know a few) who just don’t get it.

Kids were playing with other families kids.

He wasn’t showing symptoms as of more than a week after Purim and AFAIK was not being careful at all. I don’t know when they started because he was found dead in his apartment the week before Pesach (he lived alone).. I am not aware of anyone who was in contact with him his final two weeks

I know exactly what's at play.. my posts are hardly rants, I consult daily with 20+ doctors and this is fact.

I don't know why your yetzer Hara so badly wants you to daven with a minyan and cause others to get sick and die.
