i know tons of ppl locked in. There will always be careless ones, that’s part of society.

So I‘m wrong for saying on the whole they’re being careful but I know of many who aren’t, because you know tons that are? Not quite sure I follow your logic

I’d like to see Agudah file an Amicus brief on this one I think hundreds should join the lawsuit. No reason the list places that should be allowed to open are the Shuls and religious places that Murphy and Cuomo don’t believe in.

It's somewhat justified in your eyes because you don't think people should be davening in shul. From a constitutional perspective if essential stores can be open than closing houses of worship is arguably infringing on the rights of one who wishes to participate in religion.

What really makes no sense is that in NJ a store selling religious items can be open but seemingly a house of worship cannot.

I don’t think people should be davening in Shul from a *torah* perspective, but I don’t necessarily feel the government should be the ones to make the decision. What makes a liquor store more essential than a Shul in the eyes of the law? Personal preference of the governor?

It’s still somewhat justified, because all places are closed for good reason besides a few exceptions. The main thing to fight is make sure that in the future we have autonomy over our religious decision making.

I am going to make a couple of assumptions. That you are Jewish and your Shul is closed. If these are correct has your Shul being closed stopped you from being able to practice your religion?
