Yes, there's ~9-10 DDFers who've been gleefully pointing out how shuls etc are fully back to business with no masks. As if somehow opening a shul with masks is a bad thing.
It’s not really gleeful, just an observation of the strange dichotomy. It’s not like one doesn’t see masks in the grocery. one of the shuls even has a couple of masks on a table in the hall, but they are so completely absent that if one of the hundreds of mispalelim were to wear a mask during davening it would almost be like a frum soldier in shul with his gun in the US- just really unexpected.
Then one reads the guidelines from Bergen County and it’s so different it’s like another planet. It’s just so striking that people are posting about it. I don’t think it has anything to do with glee.
