for mincha? its not hard, for shachris on shabbos you suffocate
Can anyone please explain why it would be so hard to put in a mask when davening indoors?
I guess it depends on each person, I know many who are planning on staying in an outside minyan that allows after proper social distancing one does not have to wear a mask at their place, then to come inside until it safe to w/o a mask.Personally I find it difficult to wear one properly more than 15 minutes.
i had my mask on from 6 AM to 11:30 and read the Torah for 3 minyanim one after another this week and did not come close to suffocating. And you can wear a 3 ply mask that won’t bother you at all
Not all people are created equal (as in having identical anatomy), and not all masks are created equal.
so they can use the 3 ply.
I have a hard enough time wearing in stores, I usually open it up to get a few breaths in every few minutes when no one is around.
*aren't using common sense. I think he does mean that
There has not been an uptick in cases.
Think about all the healthcare workers and food service workers who have to wear a mask all day long. (Ye, some of them cheat but many don't)
I can tell you that the masks they give out in CHOP are a whole different breed from the 3-ply masks being sold. They are thicker but also hold their structure better. They also don't feel like they are pulling your ear off.
When I walked to shul this morning at like 8:30-9:00, everything was very quiet, no cars no ppl, is it like this everywhere, or just where I live (Flatbush)
Life is (resuming to) normal in boro park and Williamsburg like it was pre Corona.
Yes, this morning, that's my problem/ question??It's crazy how boro park and Flatbush which are mere miles apart, are now world's apart, and even in shul, everyone's distancing and masks!! But in bp is like a reg day pre Corona, bh!!!
Can you explain your apparent glee?
