Problem Booking ELALwith Membership Rewards Points

Hi,

I'm having a problem booking JFK to TLV  RT flights on EL AL using Membership Rewards via Pay with Points. I know its not the most efficient use of MR's. But my family would like specific EL AL flights in January.

The odd thing is, those flights show up in Orbitz and on EL AL, but they are not showing up via Amex's site, so cant get them via Pay for Points.

Does anyone have a suggestion for how I may be able to work this out for them?
