Getting refunds on hotel reservations and flight to and from holland

I want to cancel and get a refund for my flight and hotel reservation to holland. The flight is scheduled for March 31st.
The hotel was booked through Capital One Points. And the flight through Transavia. I am coming from Israel, and the IDF has barred soldiers from leaving the country.

I don't have flight insurance, but the purchases were made on an american credit card, so the Custom Service should be more helpful. What can I do?
