Subscribe & Save date change causes order cancellation

This happened to me several times now. I change the S&S delivery date as I always did and now all my orders get cancelled, and new orders placed instead without coupons etc.
Is this the new normal?

Just happened to me with all my S&S orders. they did not cancel, but all offers and promotions that were applied magically disappeared. Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this issue?

When you change the date to a date later than 21 days, it will cancel the order and create a new one at a later time, same for skipping

I just checked, the original orders were cancelled and new orders were placed. I'm sure if everyone bombarded the FTC with complaints against Amazon for this malicious practice (and many others) we would get somewhere..

So far nothing as expected. From my experience, when they say that they will escalate the issue, it means that they won't even get back to you.
