turning 25 during rental

if I am turning 25 during the car rental period, do I pay the under 25 rate or the 25+ rate?

It's interesting I rented with hertz and it was a week before my birthday they didn't charge me underage

You shouldnt have a hard time getting them to wave the fee.

CMIIW, but I'm pretty sure Hertz waives the fee from 3 months before your 25th birthday.
