“Here I am, just arrived in Milano, and I’ve tested positive for the second time in a month for COVID,” Adams said in the post. “So it’s off to the hospital for me.” He thanked fans for his support.

I’m confused, if he’s testing positive for the second time, why is he “just arriving” anywhere? Any why is that a cue to for “off to the hospital”?

He had COVID and recovered. 4 weeks later he's traveling and tests positive again. No idea about the hospital.
