People are petrified others will start selling the same product. I understand the secrecy, but sometimes it's really funny how crazy people get about it. I used to work for a company writing listings for sellers, and people would make us sign NDAs and whatnot, the funny thing was that the more secretive you are the more likely you were selling a product I myself had already written 10 listings for.

Always found it interesting that Chinese sellers are banging down our door to advertise their products on Amazon, but haven't seen nearly as much from Jewish sellers.

Always found it interesting that Chinese sellers are banging down our door to advertise their products on Amazon, but haven't seen nearly as much from Jewish sellers.

The Chinese need to get their garbage ranked on Amazon asap at all costs, it’ll never sell itself based on its merits. Some of the stuff I got for free was such poor quality that I got tired of getting such garbage for free.

The quality of the Jewish sellers (Chinese vs. Jewish probably isn’t the right way to classify them) is a few rungs higher and the promoting is only to accelerate that which could happen organically by competing on price and waiting it out.
