Maybe it is that they can catch it and spread it at the same level as the unvaccinated (not that I believe that that’s true). If so, it can be an argument against mandates (but not a clear cut one).

I wouldn't consider this a good excuse, considering that you can get COVID by spending a few minutes in an unventilated space with a vaccinated person.
