TK just served us the same exact dishes for lunch, dinner, and breakfast.
It was quite good fish the first time, got tired of it the second, and they didn't even serve the hot component the third meal.
I'll have to send them a letter w/ my annnoyance.

That is there for global name recognition. It is supervised for them by Rabbi Mendel Chitrik, a תלמיד חכם ירא שמים and Kashrus expert. IIRC he has his contact information on the certificate for questions.

There are no Fleishigs in any of the meals that come from there.
