What grade do you give Trump so far for his handling of COVID-19?

As the United States positive numbers are about to pass Italy's, there is no clearer sign that Trump has done a terrible job. Watching his press conferences and seeing his empty boasts are mind boggling.
Additionally the only two people with the Scientific knowledge, Drs Fauci and Birx are not really able to get their info out with POTUS breathing down their back in attempt to keep it to a one man empty
 and ignorant boast show

If there was a strong popular Dem running against him right now I would say that it's a done deal. But Joe is showing real signs of dementia, and shows it more every time he speaks publicly. Bernie and his campaign are using this as an opportunity to try and snatch back the nomination if such a thing is even possible.

He never replaced the pandemic officials that left/fired. He tried more than once to cut their budget but the attempts failed.

The question remains if the system was broke why would he dissolve/not replace the pandemic response team? Why would he try to cut the funding? What has he done in the past 3+ years to fix the problem?

Where is the State’s responsibility in this? Take New York out and the US has actually contained the virus really well thus far. Maybe the PM of Italy is doing a great job too..

The only difference between Cuomo and Trump is that Cuomo (sometimes) thinks before he speaks. Ultimately, they come to the same conclusion: dead people don't vote, but broke people do.
