You keep taking every shot at Cuomo you can when he is doing the most out of anyone across the country. If you have a beef with his other policies that is fine but give the guy the A he deserves on this crisis.

Never base Trump on his speeches. They are always garbage.

There are 2 things he could have done. One is to stem the flow from infected areas. The other is to use the time bought to set up an effective testing system to slow community spreading. One seems to have been done well against heavy opposition. The other seems to be a failure. Both aspects may change dratically over the next few weeks. His bumbling self-agrandizing speeches (I didn't even see or hear them, but can't imagine anything else)are worthless.

Crowd size effects everyone. He is trying to get approval for massive testing (results). If other hot spots pop up I expect he will act.
