Yup. They surveyed the cemeteries and not one person laying there required care due to COVID-19. I've been saying for the longest time that living is the most detrimental thing to a person's health.

Eg. If an event is held in a place with a maximum stated capacity of 400 people, only 200 people are allowed to come.

Staggered multiple minyanim. I saw somewhere that wedding halls in Bnei Brak stated that they will have an easy time dealing with this, as most people just like to come in, say mazel tov, maybe dance for a minute or two and then leave, so it's easy to maintain no more than 100 people in there at a time.
