I canceled a BE ticket this week, and online it only gave me the future travel credit option. Had to call to get it converted to a ETC, and they said it takes up to 6 business days to process.

We are a group flying basic economy, but i am a united cardholder. How many total free checked suitcases? two or four? Top screenshot shows two apiece, for a total of four, but second screenshot shows ony a total of two, one apiece for me, and for 1 other companion.

Why would you get any if you have the free card? It goes by the time of checkin not what you had at booking...

On the outbound I  successfully checked two bags for free online. On the return I git three free checked.
