Note that all sAAver flights available on AA.com are able to be booked on BA.  When there are many flights on one day, they may not all be listed on BA.com.  So you will have to call to book it.  Get the phone fee waved because it wasn't able to be booked on line.

NOTE: Household accounts will not allow transfers from Iberia to BA. Make sure you don't have a household account, and if you do, split it up.

NOTE: When booking, erase your Avios number when entering your passenger information. This will make it much simpler to add your AA Advantage number at a later time.

No experiance with intnl, but countless times my last name has a suffx of mr
So the Int'l part is making me more nervous. So you're saying, you've had it on your booking that AA has your first name as "usernamemr?" All bunched together as one word?

I called BA back and they said that their system requires them to put a title so even if I cancelled and rebooked it, the same thing would happen.

ETA: What's weird is, I just looked back at a booking that I recently made for my sister (her name is Chana) and while I see that BA put in "Miss Chana," on AA it just showed up as "Chana." So now I'm not sure if the rep that made my booking screwed up or if the system is just being weird.

Got it. So I guess I should be fine. Question is if when they say passport and boarding pass have to match, is that according to the computer or just an eye test? If it's an eye test, I don't think any Check In or TSA agent would think twice. If it needs to match when the computer scans it, then I could see there being an issue.

Booked an AA flight through BA today. Just realized now that for my daughter, they put "Miss" as a title before her name but on AA's end, her first name is showing up as "XXXmiss" as opposed to to "Miss" showing up as as a title. AA is telling me that I have to get BA to change it because I'll otherwise have issues when checking in because the first names won't match. Is this accurate? It's an international flight.

It's not an issue.

I cant find an updated answer to this issue on this thread.  I am trying to switch my BA ffn to AA. On Finnair i get the error message, RJ asks for birth date when there is no option to input and Qatar says the same ffn number has been entered more than once, when it hasn't.  Is there anyway around these errors or another way to do it? thanks!

The correct method is to ERASE ba ffn on ba.com, and then you can enter @ aa.com.
If there is no option to enter @ aa.com now I believe it's PUTPAC or @ checkin

Try RJ again. I just used it two days ago and it worked.

Thanks.  But I don't see an option to erase on ba.com

Tried a few times but I'll try again.  Thanks

RJ.com has been working, though you do need the passport info, and it has taken a few hours in my past

yes just login and book with avios and when you get ready to pay they will give you all your options (p.s. it must be a non-stop flight)

Need 3 seats on tlv-amm. BA only shows 2 available in J. If I book the 2 seats, will they open more ?
Unless something changed, RJ rarely (if ever) releases more then 2
